Before you write

  • Order status: tracking numbers are emailed when an order ships. Standard shipping transit estimates are 2–6 business days to the Canadian provinces and 3–7 business days to the USA after dispatch. These estimates exclude order processing, and remote provincial addresses may take longer. For Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, contact us before ordering for a delivery estimate. Arrival dates are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping costs: free standard shipping to Canada and the USA applies to order subtotals over US$99 after discounts and before taxes. Orders of US$99 or less and optional express services use the rates shown at checkout. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are separate.
  • Setup help: include the exact receiver model and installed app version. Use the MYTVOnline 2 setup guide for Z10, GTV and CC, MYTVOnline 3 setup guide for Z11 and Z mini, or MYTVOnline 4 setup guide for Z12. An older Z12 Ultra may need the official software update.   • Returns and warranty: read the Refund Policy, then contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue before sending a return.
