Check the installed app version: MYTVOnline 4 is available for the Z12 series. Older Z12 Ultra units may need the official software update. Z mini runs Android 12 with MYTVOnline 3; the Android number alone does not identify the player version. The software links above open the matching setup instructions.
Formuler publishes the Z10 Pro specifications and CC specifications. The CC's tuner must match local broadcasts: confirm whether the available unit is ATSC or DVB-T/C before ordering for antenna reception. For all models, usable storage is lower than advertised capacity, and app playback depends on the app and connected equipment.
Formuler box questions
Which Formuler box should I buy?
Compare the memory, storage, wired and wireless connections, picture formats and included remote that suit your setup. Our guides compare the Z12 Pro, Z12 Ultra SE and Z12 Ultra and the Z11 Pro, Z11 Pro Max and Z12 Ultra. Check current product pages for pricing, firmware and availability.
Does a Formuler box include channels or programming?
No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only, a media player with nothing pre-loaded. You add your own lawful content source; the store sells hardware only. Check that the apps you use support the exact device before ordering.
How does shipping work for Canada and the USA?
For country-specific ordering and delivery details, read our guides to buying Formuler in Canada and buying Formuler in the USA. Formulerstore.com prices are in USD for both destinations.
Standard shipping is free to both countries on order subtotals over US$99 after discounts and before taxes. Orders of US$99 or less and optional express delivery use the rates shown at checkout. Prices here are in USD and applicable taxes are separate. Canadian shoppers who prefer CAD pricing can compare the listings at Dreamlinkstore.com; that store has its own pricing and shipping terms.
Do you have discounted units?
Yes. Inspected open-box Formuler boxes are listed separately at a discount. Read the individual condition and package details before ordering.
