IR1 or BT1: which Open Box Z11 package?
The IR1 package includes an infrared remote. The BT1 Edition includes a Bluetooth voice remote; voice functions require pairing and compatible software. Changing the remote package does not change that model's memory or storage. A Z11 Pro has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage; a Z11 Pro Max has 4 GB and 32 GB. Do not assume an open-box package is cosmetically identical to a sealed package or includes the same remote as another edition.
