What to include in your request
Send your business name, website or sales channel, city and delivery postal code, the exact models and remote packages, and the quantities required. Include your expected order frequency and preferred delivery date. Specify whether you need new or Open Box units; those conditions are not interchangeable.

Pricing and delivery are confirmed in the quotation
Ask for a written quote specifying the currency, per-unit price, quantity, included accessories, availability, delivery estimate, shipping charges, applicable taxes and any cross-border terms. Discounts depend on the requested products and quantities; this page does not promise a fixed percentage, universal dealer pricing or free shipping on every bulk shipment.
Ordinary retail checkout offers free standard shipping to Canada and the USA on order subtotals over US$99 after discounts and before taxes. Orders of US$99 or less and optional express services use checkout rates. A separately negotiated bulk quotation must state its own applicable terms; do not assume a retail promotion or discount code automatically applies.

Warranty, support and sales-channel status
Confirm the warranty that applies to each receiver and accessory, the claim process, return destination and shipping responsibilities before ordering. Read the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, together with the written quotation. Sending an inquiry or buying a bulk order does not by itself grant manufacturer-authorised reseller status, territory rights or permission to describe your business as the manufacturer.
