Software on an Open Box unit
The Z12 Ultra SE ships with Android 12 and MYTVOnline 4. An Open Box receiver is factory-reset before resale, so open the Software Update app after setup to check for Formuler's latest firmware. Recording and timeshift depend on the app, firmware and compatible storage.
Streaming-app compatibility
A receiver's 4K or Dolby-format capability and Widevine support do not guarantee certification by a streaming service or HD/4K playback in third-party streaming apps. Confirm that the apps you use support the exact model and region before ordering. No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only.

Warranty and returns
The store's stated 2-year receiver warranty and 30-day return window apply, subject to the published terms. The existing exception for complaints solely about packaging condition remains in effect; see the Refund Policy.
Current price and availability are shown on this page. The shipping threshold above applies after discounts. For destination-specific ordering details, see our Canada buying and shipping guide or USA buying and shipping guide.
