Thank you for shopping at Formulerstore.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
## 30-Day Return Window
You have **30 days from the date of delivery** to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all included accessories (remote, cables, power adapter, etc.)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items returned without all original accessories may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
## How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at **sales@ftatronix.com** with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
**Please do not ship the item back before contacting us** — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
## Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within **5 to 10 business days**. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
The original shipping cost (where applicable) is non-refundable.
## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

## Open-Box Items
Open-box items are tested and confirmed working before resale, but may show minor cosmetic packaging wear. The same 30-day return window applies, except where the customer's complaint is solely about packaging condition.
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Digital downloads, software activations, or service subscriptions (where applicable)
## Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model (for example, exchanging a Z11 Pro for a Z11 Pro Max), contact us at **sales@ftatronix.com**. We will arrange a return for refund and you can then place a new order for the desired item.
## Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at **sales@ftatronix.com**. We process orders quickly — if your order has already shipped, the cancellation will be handled as a return once you receive it.
