Free shipping — Canada & USA

Free standard shipping is available to Canada and the United States on order subtotals over US$99. Eligibility is calculated after discounts and before taxes. A subtotal of exactly US$99 does not qualify; free standard shipping begins at US$99.01. Orders of US$99 or less and optional express services are charged at the rates shown at checkout.

Processing time

In-stock orders ship from our facility in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada within 1 business day. Wholesale and multi-pack orders may take 1–2 business days to process.

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship by tracked courier. Canadian orders currently ship with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Canpar, and US orders with FedEx or UPS. The carrier can vary by destination and service. A tracking number is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery estimates

These are transit times for standard shipping, counted from the day your order leaves our warehouse. They do not include processing time.

Canadian provinces: 2–6 business days (remote addresses may take longer)
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: longer than the provincial estimate; contact us before ordering for an estimate
United States: 3–7 business days

Checkout shows either a transit time or an estimated delivery date range for each shipping option. Transit times do not include processing; estimated delivery date ranges allow 2 business days for processing.

Customs and duties

Customers in Canada and the United States pay no customs or duties.
