Check the installed app version: MYTVOnline 4 is available for the Z12 series. Older Z12 Ultra units may need the official software update. Z mini runs Android 12 with MYTVOnline 3; the Android number alone does not identify the player version. The software links above open the matching setup instructions.
Formuler publishes the Z10 Pro specifications and CC specifications. The CC's tuner must match local broadcasts: confirm whether the available unit is ATSC or DVB-T/C before ordering for antenna reception. For all models, usable storage is lower than advertised capacity, and app playback depends on the app and connected equipment.
