Streaming-app compatibility
Widevine support does not by itself establish certification by a streaming service or guarantee HD or 4K playback in third-party streaming apps. Confirm that the apps you use support the exact device and region before ordering. No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only. Recording and timeshift also depend on the app, firmware and suitable storage.
Set up or reset your Z mini
For help adding a content source, loading the programme guide or using recording features, follow our MYTVOnline 3 setup guide.
If a factory reset is needed, follow the Z mini factory reset tutorial with step-by-step pictures. A factory reset erases installed apps, accounts and saved settings. Save your Wi-Fi and app login details and back up any settings you need before continuing.

Frequently asked questions
How is the Z mini different from the Z+NEO?
The Z mini is a compact Android 12 receiver with the Realtek RTD1325 processor, dual-band Wi-Fi AC, HDR10+ and MYTVOnline 3. The Z+NEO is an older generation. Compare the exact software, connections and app requirements before replacing an existing receiver.
Should I choose the Z mini or the Z11 Pro Max?
Both run MYTVOnline 3. The Z mini is the compact choice: an 83 x 60 x 12.5 mm Android 12 receiver with 2 GB memory, 8 GB storage, Wi-Fi AC, 5 V USB-C power and the GTV-BT1 voice remote included. The Formuler Z11 Pro Max is a 105 x 105 x 21 mm Android 11 box with 4 GB memory, 32 GB storage, Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit Ethernet, USB and microSD storage options, and an IR1 remote in its standard package.
Can I order the Formuler Z mini in Canada or the USA?
Yes. Orders ship from our Ottawa store to Canada and the USA. Check the purchase controls on this page for the current USD price and availability; the free standard shipping threshold above applies after discounts. For delivery details, see our Canada buying and shipping guide or USA buying and shipping guide.
Does it have Ethernet?
There is no built-in Ethernet port. For a receiver with a dedicated wired network port, compare the Z11 Pro or Z10 Pro. Read our Z mini Ethernet and USB-C Hub notes.
Does it support Dolby Vision?
The Z mini's listed HDR formats are HDR10+ and HLG, not Dolby Vision. For Dolby Vision, compare the Z12 Ultra.
Which remote is included?
The GTV-BT1 Bluetooth voice remote with a silicone cover. Bluetooth receiver control does not require direct line of sight. TV power and volume functions require compatible infrared setup; voice functions require receiver and app support. Need a spare? See the Formuler Z mini remote (GTV-BT1) or compare every Formuler remote.
What power supply does it require?
Use the specified 5 V DC / 1 A USB-C power supply. Do not substitute a 12 V receiver adapter.
What is in the box?
Formuler Z mini receiver, GTV-BT1 Bluetooth voice remote with silicone cover and batteries, power adapter, USB-C power cable and quick guide.

Before, I never had any trouble receiving my orders. Since they started using CANPAR for deliveries, I’m always waiting for my orders. I currently have three outstanding orders, including one that I’ve been waiting for for three weeks.
I ordered a Z mini and received Formuler 10 instead of. Very disappointed to say the least.
Way better than the traditional Firestick or Roku. The remote and exclusive MyOnline TV app make it a game changer!
Great!
Great Device!
