BT1 vs BT3 vs IR1: what is the difference?
BT3 adds illuminated buttons and Find My Remote. BT1 provides Bluetooth voice functions and programmable hotkeys. IR1 uses infrared control and TV-command learning, without Bluetooth voice functions. Start with your receiver model, then compare the features you need.

How do I pair a BT1 or BT3 remote?
Open Bluetooth or Remotes & Accessories settings on the receiver. Hold OK and MENU together on the remote until the white light blinks, then select the detected accessory. Menu names vary by device and firmware. Follow Formuler's pairing instructions or consult our GTV-BT3 user manual for BT3 setup and controls.
Can the remote control my TV too?
Supported television controls depend on the remote and television. Use the Formuler Remote app's TV IR setup for BT1 and BT3; IR1 uses infrared learning from the original TV remote. These are different setup procedures. Follow the official Formuler Remote app guide or the IR1 quick guide for your remote.
Do these remotes work with Dreamlink boxes?
Check the exact receiver and replacement remote. For Dlite+, T1 and T2 models, start with the Dreamlink replacement remote. Do not assume a Bluetooth Formuler remote or every air-mouse keyboard works with every Dreamlink box.
