Issue is not the box but instead its with purchase processing and incorrect amount (more expensive) even with previous order. I sms to support but lack of response ever since I discovered the price discrepancy.
This works great. I was a bit hesitant on buying the open box. Everything was like brand new and packaged nicely. It's simple to use. Much, much easier than older boxes. Actually thinking on buying another one. Highly recommended. New or open box, awesome.
