USA shipping: origin, timing and tracking
US orders ship from our Ottawa warehouse. Our Shipping Policy lists UPS for standard US shipments and a delivery estimate of 3–7 business days. In-stock orders normally leave within one business day; wholesale and multi-pack orders may take one to two business days to process. Processing and transit are separate, and delivery dates are estimates. A tracking number is emailed after dispatch.

Free standard shipping, currency and customs
Free standard shipping to the USA applies when the merchandise subtotal is over US$99 after discounts and before taxes. A subtotal of exactly US$99 does not qualify. Orders of US$99 or less and optional express services use the rates shown at checkout.

Returns and support for US customers
The Refund Policy provides 30 days from delivery to request an eligible return. Email sales@ftatronix.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back. Our team supplies return instructions and the return address.
Customers normally pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Eligibility, packaging, accessory and Open Box conditions are set out in the policy. Review the exact product listing for warranty coverage; contact us before starting a claim.
Setup help after delivery
