About Formulerstore.com

Formulerstore.com is operated by FTA TRONIX INC., an Ottawa-based electronics retailer and authorized Formuler retailer. We sell genuine streaming receivers and related accessories, ship orders from our Ottawa warehouse, and provide local support before and after purchase.

What we sell

  • Current Formuler receivers, including Z12, Z11, Z10, Z mini and GTV models. Each product page identifies the exact hardware, MYTVOnline version, included remote, condition and package.
  • Selected Dreamlink products and replacement parts for customers maintaining older equipment. Legacy-device compatibility should be checked before ordering.
  • Remotes, keyboards, Wi-Fi adapters, IR extenders and power supplies. Accessories are model-specific; matching a brand name or connector alone does not establish compatibility.
  • Selected over-the-air television hardware, including MyGica products where listed. Reception and software support depend on the customer’s location, antenna, computer and operating system.

Pricing, shipping and returns

Choose your delivery destination for ordering details: Formuler boxes delivered within Canada or Formuler boxes delivered to the USA. Both pages explain shipping and USD pricing for that market.

  • Prices on Formulerstore.com are shown in USD.
  • Free standard shipping to Canada and the USA applies to order subtotals over US$99, calculated after discounts and before taxes. Orders of US$99 or less and optional express services use the rates shown at checkout.
  • Orders ship from Ottawa. Published delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination and carrier.
  • The store offers a 30-day return window, subject to the Refund Policy. Open Box condition and packaging details are explained on the applicable product page.
  • Receiver warranty coverage is described on each listing and in the applicable terms. Contact us before returning an item or starting a warranty claim.

Clear product information

We distinguish MYTVOnline 2, 3 and 4 models, new and Open Box condition, infrared and Bluetooth remotes, and model-specific power requirements. A Formuler receiver is hardware only: no channels or programming are included. Customers should confirm provider and app compatibility before replacing an existing receiver.
