Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the regular Z11 Pro Max?
Same receiver hardware. This package includes the BT1 Bluetooth voice remote. The standard Z11 Pro Max package includes an IR1 remote without Bluetooth voice control.
How does the Z11 Pro Max BT1 compare with the Z11 Pro?
The Pro Max BT1 on this page has 4 GB memory, 32 GB storage and Wi-Fi 6. The Z11 Pro BT1 Edition has 2 GB memory, 16 GB storage and Wi-Fi 5, with the same type of BT1 voice remote. Both run Android 11 with MYTVOnline 3 and have Gigabit Ethernet. Choose according to the memory, storage and networking you need, and compare current USD prices on each listing. Prefer an infrared remote? See the standard Z11 Pro with IR1 remote.
What does the BT1 voice remote do?
It controls the receiver over Bluetooth and supports TV infrared control and programmable hotkeys. Voice functions require Bluetooth pairing and support from the receiver and app; television controls need setup for the particular TV.
How is it different from the Z12 Ultra?
The Z12 Ultra has 128 GB storage, Wi-Fi 6E, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and the BT3 backlit remote. Compare those requirements with the Pro Max BT1 package's 32 GB storage, Wi-Fi 6 and BT1 remote.
Does it guarantee HD playback in every streaming app?
No. Widevine DRM support does not establish certification by a streaming service or guarantee HD/4K playback in third-party streaming apps. Confirm that the apps you use support the exact model and region before ordering. No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only.
What's in the box?
Formuler Z11 Pro Max media player, BT1 Bluetooth voice remote, remote case cover, HDMI cable and power adapter.
