Currency, shipping and purchase terms

Store prices are in USD. Free standard shipping to Canada and the USA applies to order subtotals over US$99 after discounts and before taxes. Exactly US$99 does not qualify; the qualifying subtotal starts at US$99.01. Orders of US$99 or less and optional express services use checkout rates; applicable taxes are separate.

Orders ship from Ottawa. Consult the Shipping Policy for delivery and customs terms and confirm available service to the destination at checkout. Receiver catalogue

  • Z12 Pro, Z12 Ultra SE and Z12 Ultra: distinct Z12 models with MYTVOnline 4 support; older Ultra units may require the official software update.
  • Z11 Pro and Z11 Pro Max: MYTVOnline 3 models with different memory and storage. Their Pro BT1 and Pro Max BT1 packages are separate listings.
  • Z mini: compact MYTVOnline 3 receiver with 5V USB-C power; do not substitute a 12V receiver adapter.
  • Z10, Z10 Pro and Z10 Pro Max: MYTVOnline 2 family. Compare the individual storage, Ethernet and connection specifications.
  • GTV 4K: Google-certified Android TV and MYTVOnline 2; Google certification is not a guarantee of certification by a streaming service.
  • CC: hybrid receiver; confirm the ATSC or DVB-T/C tuner version and its specified power supply before ordering.
  • Dreamlink Dlite+ 5G: older receiver; confirm the exact installed firmware, app, condition and provider compatibility.

No channels or programming are included with the hardware — the boxes are hardware only. Confirm app support, required device registration and provider permissions before replacing a receiver. Hardware decoding and Widevine support do not guarantee every streaming app in HD or 4K.

Open Box, remotes and accessories

Open Box products have opened packaging. Read the individual testing, condition, included-accessory and warranty information; do not assume factory refurbishment or independent certification.
