Streaming-app compatibility
Widevine support does not guarantee certification by a streaming service or HD/4K playback in third-party streaming apps. Confirm that the apps you use support the exact model before ordering. No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only. Recording and timeshift require a compatible source and suitable external storage.
What "Open Box" means here
The packaging has been opened. Units are tested by our Ottawa team, factory-reset and prepared for resale. Outer packaging may show wear such as dents, scuffs or label residue. Contact us for details about the available unit rather than assuming every unit is cosmetically identical.

I purchased this and here's my thoughts. On the site the description said that it came with myonline tv 3 app and I emailed about this and no response yet it came with version 2 so that's quite misleading. After receiving this product, it freezes and become none responsive and have to turn off and turn back on which is not that big of a deal, but if you paying that kind of money it's something that's very annoying. Well I emailed them for a possible solution or exchange or refund and again no response. But I get an email to review the product, go figure. I should've went back with buzz tv series g again because I'm having a wonderful experience with that box. But you live and learn! But never again will this company get my money!
