MYTVOnline 2 Setup Guide & Videos for Formuler Z10 and GTV
To set up MYTVOnline 2, open Menu > Connections, add the content source supplied by your provider, and test playback. Your provider tells you which connection type to use and gives you the details to enter.
This guide applies to the Formuler Z10, Z10 Pro, Z10 Pro Max and GTV 4K with MYTVOnline 2 installed. The videos also cover classic Z8, Z Alpha and Z+ Neo equipment. Menu labels and available functions can vary by firmware.
For Z11 or Z mini, follow our MYTVOnline 3 setup guide. For Z12 receivers running version 4, use the MYTVOnline 4 setup guide. Check the installed app version first.
1. Prepare the receiver and provider details
Connect the receiver to your television, select its HDMI input and use the power adapter specified for that model. Complete Wi-Fi or Ethernet setup. Check the receiver's Software Update app for an official release, then confirm that MYTVOnline 2 is installed.
Have your provider's connection details ready. No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only. Keep a copy of your existing configuration before changing it, and keep account details private. Our setup directory helps you identify the right model instructions.
2. Add your content source
Open MYTVOnline 2 > Menu > Connections and choose the connection type your provider supplied. Enter the details exactly as given — including any port number — then save and connect. Where your provider requires device registration, give them the MYTVOnline ID shown on the connection screen. Formuler's official connection guide explains what each connection type requires; your provider supplies the details themselves.
Check addresses for extra spaces or typing errors before contacting support.
3. Check playback and programme times
Play a programme included in your provider's offering and check picture and sound. Then open the programme guide. If programme times are shifted, check the receiver's clock and time zone before adjusting the connection.
For MYTVOnline 2, open Connections > current connection > Edit. Review EPG mode and offset, choose Update, then check the programme timeline again. Use the setting appropriate to your provider's data; an offset cannot supply missing listings. See Formuler's EPG instructions.
Before scheduling recordings, confirm supported storage, free space and provider permissions. Make a short test and play it back. The video library below includes a scheduled-recording demonstration for MYTVOnline 2.
MYTVOnline 2 setup questions
Why does my connection fail?
Check the connection type, address, account status and credentials with your provider. If your provider requires device registration, ask them to confirm the ID displayed in MYTVOnline. Share error messages with support while hiding credentials.
Why does playback buffer?
Compare another programme and another app, check your network connection and ask the provider about problems on their side. Formuler's buffering troubleshooting guide covers device, network and provider checks. Preserve your setup before considering a factory reset.
Why do the menus differ from a Z11 or Z12 tutorial?
Those receivers use different MYTVOnline generations. Version 2 uses Connections; version 3 uses Content Manager, and version 4 uses App Settings. Follow the guide matching the app installed on your receiver.

Factory reset: use only when necessary
A factory reset removes settings and installed app data. Preserve supported backups and your own provider details first. Do not reset a working box just to follow a video, and do not format storage without backing up its contents. Ask for help before taking a destructive troubleshooting step.
