Frequently Asked Questions
How is the Z10 Pro Max different from the Z10 Pro?
The Pro Max has twice the RAM (4 GB instead of 2 GB), twice the storage (32 GB instead of 16 GB) and Gigabit Ethernet rather than 100 Mbps. Both use MYTVOnline 2.
How is it different from the Z11 Pro Max?
The Z11 Pro Max adds Wi-Fi 6, Android 11 and MYTVOnline 3. The Z10 Pro Max uses dual-band AC Wi-Fi, Android 10 and MYTVOnline 2.
Does it support Dolby Vision?
No. The Z10 Pro Max's listed HDR formats are HDR10+ and HLG. Compare the Z12 Ultra for Dolby Vision.
Does Picture-in-Picture work with every source?
No universal guarantee applies. PiP depends on the app and its simultaneous-stream permissions. Recording and timeshift also require suitable external storage.
Does it guarantee HD playback in every streaming app?
No. Widevine DRM support is not the same as device certification by a streaming service. Confirm that the apps you use support this exact receiver. No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only.
What's in the box?
Formuler Z10 Pro Max media player, GTV-IR1 learning remote, HDMI cable, power adapter and quick start guide. Need a spare or replacement? Order the Formuler Z10 Pro Max remote (GTV-IR1) separately.
