What "Open Box" means here
The packaging has been opened. Units are tested by our Ottawa team, factory-reset and prepared for resale. Outer packaging may show wear such as dents, scuffs or label residue. Contact us for details about the available unit rather than assuming every unit is cosmetically identical.

Software on an Open Box unit
The Z12 Pro ships with Android 12 and MYTVOnline 4. An Open Box receiver is factory-reset before resale, so open the Software Update app after setup to check for Formuler's latest firmware. Recording and timeshift depend on the app, firmware and compatible storage.
Streaming-app compatibility
A receiver's 4K or HDR capability and Widevine support do not guarantee certification by a streaming service or HD/4K playback in third-party streaming apps. Confirm that the apps you use support the exact model and region before ordering. No channels or programming are included — the box is hardware only.
