What "Open Box" means here
The packaging has been opened. Units are tested by our Ottawa team, factory-reset and prepared for resale. Outer packaging may show wear such as dents, scuffs or label residue. Contact us for details about the available unit rather than assuming every unit is cosmetically identical.
Setup help for this Open Box receiver
Start with our Formuler Z mini setup guide for USB-C power, Wi-Fi and BT1 remote pairing. For app configuration and troubleshooting, use our MYTVOnline 3 setup guide. Confirm the installed app version before following the menu steps.
If troubleshooting requires a factory reset, follow our illustrated Z mini factory-reset guide. A factory reset erases installed apps, accounts and saved settings. Save the details you need to set up the receiver again before continuing.
